What is the ABC Annual Conference?
The ABC Annual Conference is a 3-day event hosted by the Association of Biblical Counselors. This year’s conference will offer various tracks that will be a deeper learning experience than we have ever offered before. Tracks will include the following topics:
Introduction to Biblical Counseling
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Attendees who will be visiting exhibitor booths will be people who are looking for ideas and resources to help them in their particular interests and ministries. Exhibitor booths will be centrally located for easy access by conference attendees. They will be interacting with you before sessions, during multiple breaks, at lunch time and following the last session of each day. We believe that you will be able to provide valuable resources to equip individuals, churches and ministries better!
The booth rental price of $500.00 provides a table that is covered with a black tablecloth, one chair, and one conference pass. Additional exhibitor passes will be available for $150.00 per person.
Exhibitors will be listed in our conference notebook if you are registered by February 28, 2019.

Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As the conference date nears you will be contacted with your booth assignments and additional conference details.
Set up is on Thursday, April 24, 2019, from 8:30am-11:00am
Teardown is on Saturday, April 27 2019 from 1:00pm-2:00pm
You are welcome to sell resources from your booth. In some instances, ABC approval may be required.
You will be provided a stamp to verify that each attendee visited your booth during the conference which generates more traffic to your site. Those with all stamps from every exhibitor will be eligible for a prize drawing.
We are offering various marketing opportunities for our exhibitors to choose from should you elect to do so. You may choose from the following:
Refreshment Break Sponsor for $2,000.00. If you choose this option your ministry or organization will be listed in the conference booklet as the break sponsor as well as signage at the break stations.
Conference Booklet Advertisement. Every attendee receives a conference booklet at registration. You may purchase an ad for your organization in the booklet for $750.00 for a full-page ad in black and white or $400.00 for a half-page ad in black and white.
Conference Bag Drop. Each attendee will receive a bag of resources when they check-in. We will place a resource or promotional material of your choice in each for bag for $350.00.
Conference Lanyards. Each attendee will be given a name tag and lanyard. You can have your organization name and/or logo imprinted on the lanyard which many attendees will keep for $500.00.
All promotional material and artwork are subject to approval and must be submitted no later than February 28, 2019.
