Location: Denton Bible Church, Denton, TX

Conference Schedule

Volunteers receive complimentary admission to the conference. You are able to attend all sessions of your choosing, but will be required to assist with some combination of recording audio (simple start/stop operations), advancing slides for our speakers, and/or passing around room microphones for Q&A sessions in your track.

Between sessions and before each day, you are required to assist with conference check in, beverage/snack station replenishing, and other tasks as needed.

Volunteer Responsibilities

  • On Thursday, those attending the pre-conference assist with pre-conference check in

  • On Thursday, be available by 11:30am for training and specific track/room roles

  • On Thursday, assist with main conference check in

  • Arrive 20-30 minutes before the first session begins each day

  • Help replenish coffee/snack station before each day begins, and during short breaks

  • Ensure kitchen and snack stations are cleaned up at the end of each day

  • Assist with any needs that arise within your track

  • Pick at least one option:

    • Full conference tear down after event is concluded

    • Conference preparation on Wednesday (day before conference)
